Scientex plans one-for-one bonus issue

KUALA LUMPUR (March 22): Scientex, which has just announced a 79.2% rise in its latest quarterly net profit earlier today, is proposing a bonus issue on the basis of one bonus share for every one existing Scientex share held, on an entitlement date to be determined later.

In a bourse filing, Scientex said the exercise will involve the issuance of up to 230 million new shares to reward shareholders
