HIL: invisible hand acquiring!

After AMVERTON privitisation at 1.20, I believed the same boss will launch another privatisation for HIL as the company also at deep discounted market value and the stock not liquid.

I hope this time they can at least offer 1.00.

The price no impact from covid19 impact as it still stay at 0.5X.

HIL: on track of uptrend line due to impressive profit making

Slow but steady.
The reason for HIL stock price direction change from downtrend to upward trend stock due to its latest quarter impressive profit making from property as well manufacturing. It's has strong order from Perodua (to supply car headlining).

HIL: going up hill soon!

Impressive Q3 financial performance 8.7 mil profit and the trend down look like ending already.
Super cash rich company and dividend expected will be higher payout for this year financial.

HIL: Time to resume up

HIL: Reversal after a 45 degree uptrend line

For short-term player, for sure they will take profit at 0.62-0.63 level as the signal of reversal already generated.

Daily chart:

For long term player, the weekly chart still show at a positive move. Anyway, I believed it still can move at least to 0.70 level. 200 EMA at 0.68, therefore, looking forward to break this level of price.

HIL: Revisit after Sep 2015

My first post (24.Sep.2015) in AIM THE BULL is "Bull Shit" about HIL. After it went up to above 1.00 then I've cleared out major position and only remain some as a souvenir as a CASH RICH COMPANY.

After bonus issue and free warrant, it started weaken to 0.40 to 0.50. At this level of price, I've re-collected back some with the still like factors of its strong cash flow and price now is too attractive until I cannot "tahan" not to buy some.

Now is started it breakout process, and the major shareholder keep buying in the open market. They do the same thing past few year (buying back) when HIL price is super cheap. The boss already hold 70%, I see no point they want to still continue to list it, better TAKE IT PRIVATE! This mean market not much public holding. If offer take private, I think should got at least 1.00.

HIL : my lovely stock

It need to back to 0.80 only can resume the upward trend. In term of financial update, it still a profitable company mainly from property business which always offer for sale of affordable freehold land housing. Best point is HIL is cash rich company and recently increase the dividend from 0.015 to 0.0175.

HIL: Plan B no need as this moment

HIL has conquered above 1.00 area, therefore, Plan B deferred and executed Plan A.

HIL: OK, It now above 1.00

The game now getting more interesting, whether it can stand above 1.00 is really my concern. Will sell some if below 1.00 again (plan B). Will further keep if it able to stand above 1.00 (plan A). So, let's see.

A&M and HIL performance update

Look at how nice the uptrend line making by uptrend leader sheep and see how "nice" the downtrend line making by downtrend leader sheep.

Anyway, I believed  HIL will come. This is my good training for patience.

The come will by surprise shock, it can sudden limit up, or spike high just by few days. But I need to wait  this day.

HIL: my wish list to HIL taukeh

1. Sell the low margin plastic injection manufacturing and focus high margin property market.

2. Bonus issue 1 for 1

3. Special cash dividend to reward shareholders.

4. Merger with A&M after sell of manufacturing business by way share exchange for 1 to 1 basic.

With this HIL will limit up. :)

HIL going to break all time high soon!

HIL aggressive expansion to property market by way acquisition of big land and new project launched like Amverton Green at strategic and mature of facilities location. This will surely ensure the future revenue pipeline continue to supoort strong bottom line peformance.

I believed the price now is very attractive therefore I'm continuely collect in any price weakness. Therefore, I need be very patience and I believed the breakout will happen soon.

Also, if based on Livermore theory which sister stock will normally move together. A&M already move up from 1.00 to 1.50, therefore, with this theory, I believed the breakout above 1.00 is soon to be seen.

Hil : Bear run in bull market

I have finish my last batch collection, no more fund for me. I've "sail lang" to HIL. Now what I can do is patience to wait.

Next theme play: Property stock

After long time of sleeping, the property business which is always key economy and market driver is now triggering. The property stocks going to be the theme player for this year as IWCITY as a role of leader sheep . My preference still A&M and HIL.

HIL: downtrend in the bull market

Quite sad with HIL performance, higher profit quarterly report, overall market charging with strong bull and many stocks made new high. As HIL is my major holding shares, the downtrend movement in the charging bull market really test my patience.

HIL: Ready to break 1.00

2016 result able to keep same level performance as 2015. Believed 2017 result will be better from property expansion business and reducing dependance on low margin manufacturing business. Breaking 1.00 resistance is matter of time.
