Success in Stock Market through Value Investment
When the price will be marked down? Normally it will happen when major market in the aggressive selling pressure, index free all, and traders rushing to cash in. Also, there will be a main "theme" to lead the sell down e.g. strengthen USD, crude oil down.
Price doesn't reflect the true value right now...
Doesn't mean it never will...
So what we need to have? A patience, believed Profit From Patience...
Chase the value not the price, the price will end up following you.
I will chase HIL, I believed the price is still far away from the value.
What is best deal? What is not worth it?
Simple formula:
Good deal = value > price
Not worth it= price > value
For instance, HIL (8443) at 0.75 is a best deal with fair value 1.10. This is only based on current EPS performance. Fair value even higher if based on forecast EPS.
The boss best buy sell at high due to the value. The price support by the value and the buyer willing to pay for it. Price always reflect the true value. If the meal is prepared by foreigners instead of founder, the value will be deteriorated.
Anyway, I still preferred Malacca chicken rice and fried keow teow. ☺ The value is there but cheaper. Anyway the price is now catching up.
If rich equal with price, happy equal with value, so the important for kid to learn is value, not the price. Once the value is firm, price will at the end meet the value.
For Chinese believed that if we are happy, health and wealth (price) will follow together.
That's mean in the stock market value will create price.
Therefore, be happy investors will bring good health and good wealth.
Aim the bull...aim the happy bull as well...
That's why price is like the thunder, we will see the light (price) of thunder only we can listen the thunder sound (value).
Price speed is faster than value.
