MPAY: new record of Revenue

Mpay is still making a loss, this can be understand from the high 6.6 million depreciation and amortisation of fixed asset. Therefore, to turn to profit or break-even, Mpay need to make additional 6.6 million revenue, or the depreciation / amortisation already reaching zero net book value.

Only trending above 0.14 will be considered successful bottom out, Now is too early to confirm. Nevertheless, the price still moving in positive outlook.

BPPLAS: Another grow!

Q4 BPPLAS revenue and profit grow again

2018 is an another new record revenue, profit reach back to 2015 grand level.

Stock price is still cheap and on uptrend progressively (already confirmed bottom out). Current price is still a bargain to grab. I hope it can move up to 1.50 again.

MPHBCAP 2018 Financial Performance

Q4 make almost break-even, annually 12 million profit. Both revenue and profit dropped parallel . 

Nevertheless, cash is increasing (from 679 mil to 725 mil). This cash is from operating business, not from borrowing as I don't see any debt increased.

Weekly chart show the price back to weakness after last week strong bottom out. The direction of the price still in positive to move up, but in weak mode. That's mean it can come back to 1.00 again. So, let's see any movement for next week. I hope I can conclude the bottom or downward trend is ending.

MPHBCAP: Good news coming...what is that?

It just bottom out this week and I think 1.01 low will be this year history. The price will start climb up to welcome the good news hit it.

What is the good news?

1. Sold of Insurance get approval and reduce stake and give special dividend to shareholders
2. Rapid land sell with massive land sell profit as the land price there now rocket high due to the project of RAPID already in production running mode.
3. Take private as current price is deeply undervalued, BOSS is really not happy (if I'm the boss).

I guessed only lah...just bla bla bla...don't take it serious. I wrote it down just for future when I old time, I can read back for fun. Nothing serious here.

Let monitor closely whether Mpay able to make a small profit in Q4 2018.
The TA look a positive development and given me a sign of recovery or bottom out soon.

MPHBCAP 1.01 new low 18.Feb.19

No one can make any profit with 1.01, and the seller intend to cut loss or reduce position due to extremely afraid of further sell down.
But, this is a trap to attract sell, you will know one day, You're underestimate intelligent of Surin.

MPHBCAP: 15.Feb.19 another sell down

I don't know who selling it, also cannot find any big gun selling their stake.
Possible small fish cannot hold the stock, as many of stocks already start moving up, but MPHBCAP still like a salt fish.

If you're not a long term value buyer, for sure you will logout, no point to hold a stock still trending downward. But if you're value investor, for sure you will keep buying (if you still got bullet to do so).
I'll buy more once my salary out, will reserve part of it to buy more.
